        Yes. MSS is your direct point of contact for all payroll matters. You send your payroll information to us, and we coordinate everything for you. This keeps your HR and payroll needs in one place.

    Is the payroll service compliant with Irish employment law and Revenue requirements?

        Yes. The service is fully compliant with PAYE Modernisation, statutory leave rules and Irish employment law. All calculations and submissions are completed in line with current legislation.

    What information do you need from us each pay period?

        We will agree a simple process with you for sending information. This usually includes hours worked, new starters, leavers, changes to rates of pay, and any statutory leave updates. MSS will guide you through the process so it becomes routine.

    Can you process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls?

        Yes. We can manage any frequency that suits your business. Some clients use weekly payroll for operational staff and monthly payroll for office staff. We can support both.

    How do employees receive their payslips?

        Employees can receive their payslips electronically or in printed format, depending on your company's preference. Electronic payslips are issued securely.
