This focused training course is designed to equip the nominated and contact persons with the knowledge and confidence to support employees effectively under the Dignity at Work procedure.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities, as well as the definitions and impact of bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment, within the relevant legal framework.

Course Overview
The course also provides practical guidance on how to signpost employees appropriately and navigate each stage of the complaints process with clarity and professionalism.
Following the completion of this course, each participant will have:
- Knowledge of legislation surrounding bullying in the workplace
- Understanding how to signpost employees in resolving complaints under the Dignity at Work procedure.
- Have a good understanding of the role and responsibilities of a contact person and a nominated person.
- A greater understanding of the meaning of bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment.
- A greater understanding of how each stage of the process works.
